Background
Dr. Timothy Bostley nurtured his interest in reproduction since his first successful Rhodesian Ridgeback breeding and has practiced canine reproductive medicine since his graduation from Veterinary school in 1987 until his retirement in 2024. He is a member of The Society of Theriogenology, an organization of veterinarians dedicated to animal reproduction.
In 2005, Hilton Veterinary Hospital established our partnership with the International Canine Semen Bank (ICSB), an affiliate of ICSB-Oregon led by Dr. Carrol Platz, Jr. Our semen freezing techniques, based on Professor Platz’s pioneering research, have allowed us to offer successful canine semen freezing and storage.
In 2018, Dr. Jeffrey Cacia became a valued member of our practice, bringing with him a passion for veterinary medicine and a strong dedication to reproductive care. Today, Dr. Cacia, alongside Dr. Adam Kendrot and our highly skilled and dedicated team, continues to build upon the clinic’s long-standing legacy of excellence in canine reproduction. Together, they provide the highest level of care and guidance, ensuring that every breeding journey is supported with the latest knowledge, techniques, and personalized attention.
With the use of fresh, fresh-chilled, and frozen semen, Hilton Veterinary Hospital offers one of the most successful breeding programs available. Our advanced insemination techniques, including non-surgical transcervical insemination (TCI) with state-of-the-art TCI scope and surgical inseminations (SI) allow us to meet the varied needs of breeders.

"i'm coming on here to write a review for Dr.Walker. I have been bringing my male shepherd to Hilton since I got him. For the past few months, we've seen different doctors there and been to different vets who have said different things about a limp that he's had in his back leg. I knew of her because I had seen her once when he was a puppy, and wanted to see her again since the other doctor we were seeing retired. I had been given the runaround on multiple different things that could be causing the limp. I took him in there this past week, and she immediately identified what the problem could be, and was able to do a chiropractic adjustment. Since the visit I have noticed a significant difference in his leg, and I am amazed at the knowledge and skill she had to help him. I just think other people should know how pleased I am with Hilton Vet and specifically Dr. Walker."
