Bostley, Cacia, Lenhard, Walker, and every vet in the practice has taken care of my animals st one time or another and they are all compassionate and extremely hard-working. Every issue from ear infections, bowel obstructions, anal gland infection, cancerous tumors, torn ACL, heart failure, cataracts, pancreatitis, allergic reactions, surgeries...they have handled so expertly and thoughtfully, and when the inevitable time came for two of our dogs to cross over, they did their very best to ease us through our very painful goodbyes with sensitivity and professionalism. As an American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) accredited facility, Hilton Veterinary Care Hospital regularly undergoes evaluations to ensure that we meet or exceed AAHA's standards of care.
These standards cover nearly every aspect of our hospital, including surgery, exam facilities, patient care, cleanliness, client service, emergency services, diagnostic imaging, and anesthesiology. Only 15% of animal hospitals in the United States and Canada are accredited by AAHA, which is recognized worldwide as the benchmark for quality care in veterinary medicine.
